Our menu is inspired by local and organic foods, family recipes and fresh flavors of the seasons. We strive to offer our guests a healthy meal to begin the day. Please let us know any dietary requirements or special requests that you may have! Vegan, Lactose, and Gluten Free are available on request.

Full Breakfast:

Available 9:00am to 10:00 am.  We serve one of these specialties of the house each day for your enjoyment.  The next morning's menu is posted on the chalkboard in the Great Room.  Please reserve next day's service time via text (503-554-9528) each evening so that we can accommodate you.  Available in the dining room or as room service.

  • Cheese Blintz with housemade strawberry jam, hazelnut crumble and Carlton Farms sausage medallions
  • Swiss Eggs with mushrooms, seasonal greens and Carlton Farms smoked ham, complimented by toast and Republic of Jam seasonal selection
  • Pain Perdu with seasonal fruits & nuts, and thick cut Carlton Farms bacon
  • Smoked Salmon & Egg Crepe with housemade mango salsa, crème fraiche and avocado slices  
  • Dutch Baby with seasonal fruit, whip cream and maple syrup paired with Carlton Farms thick cut bacon
  • Vegetable Strata made with farm fresh eggs, accompanied by seasonal berries atop house blended honey lemon yogurt. (Vegetarian)
  • Belgian Pearl Sugar Waffles with trio of Republic of Jam seasonal selections, herbs de provence scramble, and Carlton Farms sausage medallions
  • Lasagna Mattina/du Matin – baked eggs, seasonal herbs and ricotta cheese with oven roasted tomato slice topped with sunflower seed bread crumble and paired with pan fried rosemary potatoes.  (Vegetarian)
  • Seasonal Vegetable Omelette or Frittata, pico de gallo, sour cream and pan fried polenta cakes (Vegetarian)
  • Vegan options: Banana & Blueberry pancakes or Tofu Vegetable Scramble
